This recipe mimics the classic McDonald’s steak sandwich.

- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush steak with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill steak for 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice steak thinly against the grain.
- Assemble sandwiches with steak, lettuce, and tomatoes in rolls.
