A copycat version of Longhorn Steakhouse’s popular dishes.
Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Add butter and rosemary on top of the steaks during the last minute of cooking.
- Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
- Letting the steak rest enhances its flavor.
- Pair with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
