A copycat version of Longhorn Steakhouse’s popular dishes.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Add butter and rosemary on top of the steaks during the last minute of cooking.
  5. Remove steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
