This dish replicates the popular Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a crispy, cheesy crust.

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Press the chicken into the cheese mixture until fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
