Description
A delicious copycat recipe for Five Guys Cajun fries made in an air fryer or oven.
Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Remove and serve immediately.
