These cookies mimic the popular Crumbl salted caramel cheesecake cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in cream cheese, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Sprinkle sea salt on top while warm.
