These cookies mimic the popular Crumbl salted caramel cheesecake cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Fold in cream cheese, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top while warm.
Notes
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute caramel sauce with homemade if preferred.
