Description
A copycat version of Cracker Barrel’s famous hashbrown casserole.
Ingredients

- 1 package frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be frozen before baking; just extend the baking time if frozen.
