A delicious cookies and cream cake roll filled with creamy frosting and crushed cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a jelly roll pan and line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a clean towel.
- Spread whipped cream and crushed cookies over the cake.
- Roll the cake tightly using the towel, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
