Delicious cookie dough truffles made with edible cookie dough and coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 ounces chocolate, for coating
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to kill any bacteria.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use different types of chocolate for coating for variety.
- Make sure the flour is baked to ensure safety.
