Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
- Incorporate sour cream and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.
- Fold in cookie dough chunks.
- Pour mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let it cool before refrigerating for 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
