A rich and flavorful compound butter perfect for turkey during Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter with sage, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Roll into a log shape and twist the ends to seal.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into rounds and place under the turkey skin before roasting.
