Instructions
- Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Chop fresh vegetables and tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté tofu until golden brown.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Mix in the cooked noodles and soy sauce.
