A refreshing coleslaw orzo salad with a tangy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled orzo to the vegetable mixture.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Adjust the sweetness of the dressing to your taste.
