A refreshing cold macaroni salad mixed with tuna and vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
