Description
A refreshing cold macaroni salad mixed with tuna and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, relish, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
- Add chopped bell peppers for extra crunch.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
