Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the whipped egg whites.
- Add instant coffee and mix until combined.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, and brewed coffee for filling.
- Sandwich macarons with the filling.
