Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, and butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  6. Stir in sour cream and walnuts until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the muffins cool before serving.
