- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sweet rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add coconut milk, water, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
