Ingredients

  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 50g almonds, chopped
  • 50g walnuts, chopped
  • 100g honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add chopped almonds and walnuts to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
