A delicious cocoa bar made with rich chocolate and nuts.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g cocoa powder
- 50g almonds, chopped
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 100g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Stir in cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add chopped almonds and walnuts to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute nuts with your choice of seeds.
