Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, and red onion.
- Top with hard-boiled eggs, avocado, bacon, and blue cheese.
- Drizzle with red wine vinaigrette.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
