Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, spinach, green onions, and onion soup mix.
  4. Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the mixture.
  5. Place the filled loaf on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with the bread pieces and vegetables.
