A delicious and creamy dip served in a bread loaf.
Ingredients

- 1 cob loaf
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the inside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, grated cheese, spinach, green onions, and onion soup mix.
- Fill the hollowed cob loaf with the mixture.
- Place the filled loaf on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with the bread pieces and vegetables.
Notes
- You can customize the dip by adding herbs or spices.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
