Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned peaches, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glazing
- 2 tablespoons milk for glazing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the chopped peaches.
- Fill greased donut pans with the batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
- Let donuts cool before dipping in glaze.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth.
- Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and let set.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen peaches if desired.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Add extra cinnamon to the glaze for flavor.
