Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
