Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Heat marinara sauce in a pan.
  8. Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
