A refreshing and tangy macaroni salad with classic dill pickle flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add chopped dill pickles, red onion, and celery to the bowl.
- Add the cooled macaroni and mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Adjust pickle quantity based on preference.
- Can add hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
- Best served cold.
