Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water.
  2. Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
  3. Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  7. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  8. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  9. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
