- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering with water.
- Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
