Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
  3. Stir melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
  6. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  7. Gently fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  8. Spoon mousse into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
