- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and sugar, and stir until combined.
- Incorporate the drained corn, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
