Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and walnuts.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on bread, lettuce, or as desired.

- Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
