  • Egg: 1 (for egg wash)
  • Milk: 1 tablespoon (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by rolling it out and placing it in a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
