Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased donut pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat warm donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed fresh.
- You can use a different pan for different shapes.
