Instructions

- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Brush melted butter on the pastry.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
- Cut the pastry into triangles and roll each one up from the base to the tip.
- Place the rolled pastries in a muffin tin.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
