Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add softened butter and milk, and stir until combined.
- Shape the dough into small bites, about 1 inch in size.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the bites.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
