Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing warm milk and sugar, then adding yeast and letting it froth.
  2. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl, then add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to form a soft dough.
  3. Make the cinnamon filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Assemble the rolls by rolling out the dough, spreading softened butter, and sprinkling the cinnamon filling before rolling it up and cutting into pieces.
  5. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then drizzle over warm rolls.
