Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Warm milk and dissolve yeast in it.
- Add sugar, butter, and eggs to the mixture.
- Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread butter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Drizzle with glaze before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the yeast is fresh for proper rising.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can add nuts or raisins if desired.
