Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Warm milk and dissolve yeast in it.
  2. Add sugar, butter, and eggs to the mixture.
  3. Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread butter.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the butter.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  11. Drizzle with glaze before serving.
