Description

This cinnamon roll pumpkin bread combines the flavors of pumpkin spice with sweet cinnamon swirls.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for swirls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  7. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
  8. Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining cinnamon mixture.
  9. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter.
  10. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let it cool before slicing.
