Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend oats until fine to make oat flour.
- Add protein powder, eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling it to form a thin crepe.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift.
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
Notes
- Try adding fruits or nuts for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
