Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend oats until fine to make oat flour.
  2. Add protein powder, eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and salt to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling it to form a thin crepe.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift.
  7. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with remaining batter.
  9. Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
