A delightful cinnamon roll layer cake with creamy frosting.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add butter, milk, and eggs. Beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into greased cake pans.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle cinnamon mixture on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Let the cakes cool.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
- Layer the cakes with frosting in between.
- Frost the top and sides of the cake.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.
