Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and shape it into a ring.
- Place on a baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for the icing.
- Drizzle icing on the cooled cake and sprinkle colored sugar.
