A delicious cinnamon roll french toast casserole that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and classic french toast.

- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar and a little milk.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts or raisins.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
- You can prepare this dish the night before and refrigerate it.
