Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut it into pieces.
  4. Press the dough pieces into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
