- 1 package cinnamon roll dough
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut it into pieces.
- Press the dough pieces into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
