Ingredients

  • 1 package cinnamon rolls
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon rolls and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  5. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the cream cheese. Mix well.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
  10. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
