- 1 package cinnamon rolls
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Roll out the cinnamon rolls and cut them into small pieces.
- Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly on the bottom of the pan.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the cream cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
