A delightful cinnamon roll cake that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and cake into one easy dessert.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Pour half the cake batter into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix powdered sugar, melted butter, and milk to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake before serving.
