A simple and delicious cinnamon glazed carrots recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Add water and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook until carrots are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- You can use honey instead of brown sugar for a different flavor.
- Fresh herbs can be added for extra flavor.
