  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for coating)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Melt butter and mix sugar with cinnamon for coating.
  9. Brush the bread with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
