A delicious cinnamon donut bread that combines the flavors of cinnamon and sugar with a soft bread texture.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for coating)
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Melt butter and mix sugar with cinnamon for coating.
- Brush the bread with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served with coffee or tea.
- For a richer flavor, add nuts or chocolate chips.
