Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the melted butter.
- Add baking soda and salt to the mixture.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in flour until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and cubed butter to make the crumble.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the batter.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
