Instructions
- Combine warm milk and granulated sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic, then place in a greased bowl and let rise for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl for the filling.
