Description
Delicious deviled eggs with a cilantro-lime twist.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.

- Adjust lime juice to taste.
- Can be made ahead of time.
