Description
Churro saltine toffee is a sweet and crunchy treat combining the flavors of churros and toffee.

- 40 Saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the Saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
- Let the chocolate melt for a few minutes, then spread it evenly.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the chocolate.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- You can substitute dark chocolate chips if preferred.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
