Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, and sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl for coating.
- Roll the warm cookies in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Let them cool before serving.
