Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate frosting
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then roll it up with a clean kitchen towel.
- Unroll the cake, spread frosting, and roll it back up.
- Frost the outside and create bark patterns.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
