Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate frosting
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes, then roll it up with a clean kitchen towel.
  8. Unroll the cake, spread frosting, and roll it back up.
  9. Frost the outside and create bark patterns.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
