Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into a tree shape.
- Mix the cheese, spinach, and bell peppers in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto the center of the tree shape.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush the top with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
